I know the extension still needs QLD Government approval but I'm not sure if that can be litigated. A decision on Oakley Alliance being declared insolvent is due in the QLD Supreme Court next week. It seems that will happen unless someone pays the $750K in legal fees they owe New Acland, so that should rule them out from commencing fresh litigation
