I firmly believe any CR done by CZR will be on the exact same terms that was recently done with ZAG.
think about it,
- Creasy owns 52% of Czr shares
- if any placement was done at a premium the stock price would jump by that premium and significantly more
- creasy might have to pay 25% more of the $3m raising but his value in the 52% he always owns will jump by 30%
it's a no brainer and the exact same deal was done by creasy with ZAG
let's not forget who the king pin was in the AZS deal
