I saw that a couple of weeks ago. An interesting improvement of the Cozart technology - and quite compelling for the roadside testing market - where speed is the essence and the very large cost of the electronic machinery can be afforded.
It's not relevant to most of SBN's markets - where testing populations are widely distributed and where the frequency of testing does not/cannot justify the up front substantial costs.
Irrelevant to the Chinese and Mexican school markets for example where the testers travel to where the tested are (as distinct from roadside testing - where the tested come to the testing station en masse.
As well, the poor Cozart measurement for THC remains. And it is unlikely to be launched before the end of 2009 by which time many of our projects will be bedded down.
