    I'm sure
I cannot possibly be alone in thinking, Great, let the bluggers squirm and grovel. Obviously, completely refusing to supply these magnets would bring manufacturing, trade and growth to a standstill, not good for anyone. Of course Xi knows this, but boy has let them know who's boss. Who will and who won't get supply? Keep em guessing. Chinese government was always in charge of its rare earths and magnets but Xi has made certain everyone knows he is the gatekeeper. If we think granting licenses for export of these magnets is great for the status quo, think again. How would VW, Musk et al feel about the sword hanging overhead, chopping off supply at a whim? World, get moving on your own supply chains, metals alloys magnets. Who do you call for the oxides? 1800LYNAS.
