Costs have gone up from 44% from UD$400M to $575.M Even with USG Paying 50 % of $575 = $287 Lynas only has A$268 = US$171M They will have to sell stock to raise funds. Note the earnings are so low they will not cover interest so no bank will loan them money.

Lastly current project schedule with probability of, on time completions, was very useful. Looks like first meaningful contribution to revenue stream is 2029 ~2031 Way beyond most investment horizons. Still nothing on capacity.
