It is a continues process with long start up and shut down times, Multiple days. I am sure just like separation of the lights it will run 24/7. Partial and total shutdowns will be scheduled as infrequently as reasonable. Emergency shutdowns are very expensive because the system cannot be purged of all in process material before shut down.
I have been watching care fully for any hint of volume. I have not seen one yet. This lake of info on Volume for both Lamp and Texas heavies make me very suspicious that it is less than what we are hoping for. AL just after 10.5 minutes into the Q3 CC was asked directly what volume would be. She didn't address the question in any way. I would have been happy with a statement that said a year from now we hope to be at X. Even if X was a very big range
