Many of the above posts seem to think that Lynas should do much better, than it is. I totally agree that Lynas is the biggest of two major players EX China in the REE market place. The other is losing money Lynas is Making money but not much at all. In half 1 2025 they made A$ 5.9M if we assume they will 2X better than that in H2 that is $18M in H2, for a EPS 18M / 935M shares of = A$ 0.02 a share meaning at a SP of $8.00 Lynas is returning 0.02 / 8 = 2.4 % on todays SP. Not an acceptable RTN in todays market. If this was a low return because of a one time expense that could be ignored. It is not profits have been seeing an accelerated declining since 2022 $542M, 2023 $310M, 2024 $74M, H1 2025 $5.9M.

So we have two very strong forces pushing Lynas SP in opposite directions. Pushing it higher is the fact that The market is growing rapidly Which should cause REE prices to go up.

Causing tremendous confusion is the trade wars between US and China. No one know how this will end Likely out come is some up lift in REE prices but at this point it could also cause Market destruction.

Pushing down SP is the inability of Lynas to make a good profits with operations In 15 years they have only come close once 2022 with EPS of A$0.60 see page 56 of 2022 AR.

It is up to everyone to make their own determination how important each factor is. To not understand all 3 factors and what contributes to their importance is a major mistake. I know, a few years ago I way overestimated the importance of profits as profits declined. I still think they are very important but I have not guessed at SP since. Only state how bad profits have been and what I expect.
