yep seen those Chinese promises before. China have said they will keep its vetting situation in place. Will open up slightly and then contract again in response to the US not allowing chip machines to be purchased by China. This is going to be an on again off again, lots of empty promise, death of a thousand cuts on Western industry. Price of REE will remain high and there will certainly be no chance to stockpile.
