We have a production and real revenue

We are in the commodity space, so prices will go up and down.

What we need to see is a stable and well run company firstly.

Secondly, the upside potential is the re-alligning supply chains which will take time.

The other question, do we already have the forawrd growth baked into the valuation today?

In my opinion, accumulation sub 8 with an eye to hold over the next decade is what I am doing. If you are not willing to hold for a decade, I would calcuate if you should invest elsewhere
