Businesses in general require stability and predictability to invest, to operate and to flourish.

I think the Chinese are overplaying their hand here.

Businesses will not, they can not, tolerate this kind of ongoing uncertainty and remain viable.

Lynas can offer the required stability of supply and this will be preferred over RE from China.

Paying Amanda's 'risk premium' will secure their businesses.
