@RVR Due to hard work, perseverance, and dedication in a dark geo-political environment that we all remember, Amanda now has the (west)RE industry by the nuts. America wanted what Amanda has, hence the offer of Texas.
However, America is not coming to the party. I believe negotiations are on-going behind the Texas deal and Amanda is keeping Lynas intrinsic value front and centre. Amanda has America by the nuts and squeezing. Americans do not like getting their nuts squeezed, but Amanda is not going to let go and there us NOTHING America can do about it .. MP - bah.
