I asked this leading question and answered it in the affirmative here:
The point is can LYC drive a hard bargain or not? I think they probably can.
But everything we do is within a context of risk and the USD does have threats right now. It would be irresponsible to not mention it. This is the reason I look at sector first and risk profiles. It's perfectly reasonable to do this and even mention political/governanance and geosecurity risks.
Even if I conclude that LYC fits one criteria it needs to satisfy others of mine. Weighing risk is tricky and in many ways subjective to individual existing exposures.
I don't normally put someone on ignore so readily but the 'clown' insult and low content spruiking got to me. Maybe I will undo it later IDK.
