Remember MOUs are not binding on either party. Government can do a MOU with multiple companies. Or issue contracts to any one in spite of outstanding MOUs

What do you think Lynas's chances are vs a well know person in MAL. Especially when the mining of this resource by Mitsubishi started the SMSL effort. SMSL = Save Malaysia Stop Lynas in case you do not remember.
