Close enough. Old mate just doesn’t understand the level of hype in the RE sector and how that plays on companies SP. So regardless of poor past results, market is looking forward, expecting big things from LYC.
I will add, there’s only so much the effects of hype can push a SP, and ATM it’s fever pitch. LYC will need to show tangible results over the next 4 quarters if the SP wants to push above $10 - $12 range.
Translate the hype into reality.
