With out you being able to identify this and volume they will want then Lynas will still only receive market price. I agree with you they can sell to someone else if Japan does not match price, Who is this company? China will not bid higher than they can make it for. Japan will buy some for slightly more than China. There Products are ( primarily Magnets, motors and cars) they cannot pay a lot more than the China's vendors they are competing with. Yes there is the start of some competition in Vietnam. As a new player they will have to underbid the establish players Making it unlikely they will raise NdPrO prices again who will force Japan to pay more? .
