Have just read through much of the case against MMX,(again)and ignoring all the character doubtfuls and concentrating on the facts as "revealed" CHM at worst, looks a good high risk bet since MMX asked for a deferral.The MMX,CHM,Crosslands triangle could go either way, although since the collapse of the market and management under the microscope ,judges decisions will come under closer scrutiny and no doubt CHM has got something up its sleeve,as may MMX.The Koh and Evans claim is much clearer. The SIGNED document by director giving Koh and Evans 5% of Jack Hills ,after meeting certain conditions,cannot be disputed.Whether the conditions WERE met is all that has to be proven.
Should CHM happen to lose the case then all costs have been accounted for.If they win,the judge will probably send both parties away to agree on a settlement figure failing which,the court will decide. My uneducated guess is somewhere between 15 and 20 cents per share ,or 150 to 200 million Cheers . JUSTICE; what we get when the decision is in our favour.
