interesting as nav 8 cents, page-3

While I admit I know very little about MSC the maths looks very compelling. ABout to spin out assets at higher than book vale (NAV goes up) plus they are about to start producing Kaolin for a number (75) major contracts and become cash positive. Just with a NAV of 8 cents makes it compelling enough but positive cash announcements over next few quarters should send the stock to 14-15 cents easy.

What am I missing. I have looked over and over the accounts and can't believe that it is trading so cheap. Obviously a lot of scrip which causes high volume slow movements but other than this it looks good....
