Simon, MSC has disappointed over the last few years and there are a lot of angry shareholders out there. They don't believe anything management says and are ready to sell into any sign of strength. Hence there will be a lot of resistance to any upward move. But having said that once the nervous nellies are all gone MSC could go through the roof with news of solid orders. I'm a strong holder of stock because the upside is too big to resist.
