    Regarding someones comment about associcates buying shares and tipping them into the takeover only being questionable if the stock was trading above the offer price...

    Wasn't that the case for the first takeover? The stock was trading at $6+ (6.25 or something) and the takeover offer was 30 wah nams, which I believe was lower than what BRM shares were trading at the time.
