Countdown to March ...

If all OB's are exercised, MPH should receive over $15 million!!! At this stage, it appears highly likely this will occur.

What to do with the money methinks?

1. T/O of BKR (using cash? cash/script? debt?)
2. retain their 50% Magna Pacific P/L
3. sell off BKR's underperforming and non-core assets
4. cash from sale of BKR assets to be used for a) share buy-back? b)special dividend? c) retained for growth strategies? (UK expansion?)

Any other suggestions???
