It was interesting to see that there were buys from $8.51 to $9.79 this morning and a reasonable volume of them, yet when it opened lo and behold, it was right down at $8.51. If there was no price manipulation the SP would be over $9 by now.
If it weren't such a pointless exercise I would consider writing to ASIC but as we all know, that is a total waste of time.
