I email the company today requesting a resource update, the reply said they would update as stated in H1 of 2012. Also they said

"Drilling activities continue on site with three core rigs & one RC rig to help achieve this objective, however, given the quantum of reserves (320M lbs U3O8) & resources (513M lbs U3O8) already defined by EXT, at Husab, the release of individual drill hole assay results is no longer considered material. "

In relation to the manipulation, here is a response that I sent to a different shareholder today:

I note that it takes T+3 for trades to settle, so I am unable to say precisely what has happened over the past couple of days. However, my understanding is that a lot of the large trading is hedge funds moving into the stock, which is common once a bid (potential) bid has been announced. I should also add that I think the difference between the 8.50 and the potential bid price accounts for a time value of money calculation that would have been done by the hedge funds.
