Its NEVER been taken over (or attempted to be taken over) by the Chinese before.
BOTTOM LINE is you'll walk a way with $8.65 a share, irrespective of what's happening on the market today or tomorrow. IMHO a DISTINCT possibility in the next 3-4 weeks, is a better offer, in the first instance, from the Chinese themselves, let alone anyone else.
The talk amongst KAH shareholders at the moment is not happy! They know what their investment in EXT is worth and they know that at this price they are being right royally rogered.
