big land is all good for later for the alumina smelter..but atm if they get off takes at 3mt dso for next year, the earnings would be their share of the JV of about $150mil minus costs and taxes. so plenty of upside with the go ahead,and for self funding projects etc. so it would definitely be a long hold stock into production. i dont know how to value the market cap with those figures for next year. so that post about $300m market cap valuation is a possibility when earnings roll in. but right now i dont really like sept/october for long holds, and u can buy more stock on the dips. thats my gamble.
