    Would have been nice to get an announcement re the following negative credit watch status. I thought the SPP was mean't to do away with that issue. ACS is not the strongest controlling shareholder to have by the looks.

    Yotta - I'm not discounting the SP stopgunning to over $22.50, if it is possible to get the price there.
