In September 2007, RSL's announcement stated:

Dear Sir

Update on Mt Alfred Tenement
Under an Agreement for Sale of Assets
and Subscription of Securities dated
26 July 2007, between Red Rock Resources
plc (Red Rock) and Retail Star Limited
Retail Star), Retail Star acquired the
right to explore and mine for Uranium
on the Mt Alfred Tenement E29/581, as approved by shareholders at a general meeting held
on 6 August 2007.

Red Rock and Retail Star had agreed that
as soon as practicable after Settlement, they would negotiate in good faith the terms of a
joint venture agreement to govern access to,
exploration and mining of the Uranium
Rights in relation to E29/581. The Directors
are pleased to announce that this agreement
has now been completed.

The Mt Alfred Tenement is located 130km west
of Leonora in Western Australia, covering an area of
210.5km2. It covers the western portion of the same prospective drainage channel in which the neighbouring
McPherson’s Bore prospect lies (E29/587: 80% Encounter Resources Limited, 20% Avoca Resources Ltd).

Encounter recently announced uranium
intersections in drilling of McPherson’s Bore.
Uranerz (Australia) Pty Ltd also intersected
anomalous uranium (≥1 metre at ≥100ppm U3O8)
in three shallow auger holes, drilled on
the southern edge of the current Mt Alfred
lease during 1976.

final phase of planning the evaluation of the
untested part of the lease. Work on the ground
is expected to commence shortly.

Then on 23rd November, their Uranium Update stated:

Phase 1 (2007-08):

1. Collate geology, geophysics, geochemistry: Q4 2007

2. Portable radiometrics/sampling over drainage channel. Confirm Uranium chemistry : Q4 2007

3. Coarse-spaced auger/air-core drilling on eastern side of lease. Confirm location of Uranerz anomalies and test remainder of eastern zone.: Q2 2008

4. Coarse-spaced drilling over selected areas of rest of drainage channel

Q3-4 2008

5. In-fill aircore drilling

Q1 2009
Targets: Uranium in near-surface calcrete and in deeper sandy sediments where redox boundaries may occur.
