You won't be getting them for 13c when there is news of noteworthy proportions. I've been buying at 13. Nine consecutive days of trading between 13-13.5 on low volume, on support, on a pull back after a big run, with buy/sell ratio gradually improving with each and every day, with news around the corner, that's got to be a screaming buy.
I hope you at least got 13.5 for your troubles.
