Demand is key, is there sufficient demand amongst the remaining ROW OEM's to support a non Chinese supply chain?
Stable prices & supply with an uptick in industrial production should get the RE growth story back on track eventually (phosphors not withstanding, lol).
But do we have the horse before the cart, or vice a versa?
Jury will be out for some time I'm thinking.
