NS 1% of LYC is 19,608,012 shares plenty of scope for any of the big lads to #$%@ over the small guys all day long without breaching the 5% especially if at the end of the day they end up under the 5%.There may well be holders who have between 1 -4% who can do pretty much what they like using TA to trigger stop losses and produce false starts only to clean up at they please.
