I believe the minister responsible has telescoped as clearly and as legally as he can that the TOL is a done deal. That is my assumption in the wake of the court ruling last week. Will be adding Monday in States because the removal of uncertainty should mean that this sp will rocket upward following Tuesday's event and I want to have my pockets filled with Lynas shares before that happens.
