I liked the video. am attracted to this industry.
if you look up any place in the US there will be a self storage facility near by (which seems strange in country areas).
in the back of my mind l am thinking 1) there was a need and the market as been catching up to meet this need 2) l question whether we are starting to get to market saturation levels meaning returns should flatten?
the chart for NSR compared to the index over 10 has been positive, provably enough to counter the absence of franking credits.
I like NSR. the returns look ok. the facilities will be needed very long term (we use storage facilities) it looks fair value not cheap not expensive.
we use self storage used it off and on for years. it's a sound business that will be needed long term
