Agreed the REIT sector does seem to be going through a lot lately and there are many great buys. I tend to have an attitude of trying to buy assets when I believe they are cheap rather than trying to time the market and wait for it to hit bottom. I think the commercial real estate sector still has a lot of problems especially with office and high debt parts refinancing. But you never know when investors will start differentiating.
Once again I'd also like to ask if anyone can tell me how Funds From Operation (FFO) is calculated for this stock, as I'm having trouble doing it from their annual report?
