Some interesting action overnight in the US. Public Storage has made a bid for another US-listed company, Life Storage.
It's all stock but the consolidation in the industry continues. Again, showing scale is all important.
For the time being though, that means another bid for NSR isn't coming from Public Storage as they'll have this deal to finalise.
