I said companies prior to takeovers trade at approximately -60% of the TAKE OVER VALUATION.
For Example, a Company was trading at a market cap of $80mil and gets a TO offer of $130Mil. So the announce would be a Takeover at a 62.5% premium. Clear??
Where did i say 'fully functioning'? i said functioning and it sure was, even up to less then 6 years from when they released their feasibility for Bibiani as production only stopped because of the low gold price and NO they elected not the proceed to developing the mine because of the low gold price!!!

RXL best case should be trading at <25% of Post tax NPV based on current SS level. RXL didn't even report post tax NPV. So post tax NPV would be MUCH LOWER.
The <25% is what propoer resource funds like LRF used as guide for investment are the current level and this is assuming if these funds see value in RXL
