Yep read the article, interesting bit on the consolidation. However the article seems to have a flaw.

Diff: 1P-566PJ, 2P-1777PJ, 3P-4261PJ

There are still some little players left there albiet with more blocks in the coal belt of QLD, IMO QGC would have their eyes on them namely BUL & WCL.

Arrow's best chance would b BOW & ICN. I am not sure about BPT blocks being sold yet but that an option too.
