    Robex resources announced the resignation of Mr. Jean-Luc Roy from its Board of Administrators.

    Mr. Roy?s growing responsibilities as a member of a different mining company could potentially place him in a situation of conflict of interest.

    MR . Roy is also the COO of Ampella Mining
