If company manages to hold on to the remaining PB acres and after all the outstanding legalities with the various parties are settled, and then following a 50:1 consolidation to get share numbers back into what many would consider the real world, plus with no more convertible notes or automatic monthly share tranches.... I think this could be a real good look in once again if they could arrange a debt finance of at least $20m to $30m which would help minimise any excessive further dilution
The company would have a clean sheet and be a bit like starting from scratch but with the remaining PB acreage and the existing wells, and it would be extremely good for the company, however I can see the losers with this scenario would be the retail holders who held shares before a restructure as the dilution wouldn't be kind
