Acerage - Court Documents or Pleadings are untested documents - they are the case or allegations of one party against another.

They are not matters of fact - they are simply allegations unless proven normally by evidence by witnesses at trial.

These matters are for dertermination by a Court or Judge.

Hence no requirement for the Company to disclose allegations to the market because thats what they are. Simply allegations.

You need to be careful IMO.
