good article on basemetals.com about chinas zinc surplus further suppressing the price. (sorry i couldn't get the link to post in on here) whilst the heading isn't favourable it talks about the zinc concentrate shortage and how smelters are having to work on smaller margins. it suggested that the concentrate shortage will remain until 2009. it said production levels are at 70-75% due to a lack of concentrate. good time for AIM to be negotiating offtake agreements.
