Someone has been pretty clever in running the stock up and down and knowing when to buy in the past as gizard has alluded to. They bought sub 10c prior to last run and then were buying at 11/115c while no doubt then doing the dumping at 145/14 when the stock reached that 15c level.

With a small register it is a prime target. Don't know enough about CNO to know whats really going on but she can certainly run hard when it wants to and not all sellers are 'real' imo.
