The same thing happened yesterday. See Belrose's earlier post. The last month quite often there has been a small amount traded right on 4.00 pm, giving it a late kick. I think in regards to a takeover they average the last 30 days trading ( stand corrected) to give I guess a starting point. If somebody got wind of this it would be to their advantage to see price rise. Colin Marland said they have hired a company to promote PEO and have been doing presentations to investors lately. With the yearly results out for most companies PEO's results can be compared with other similar Telco's and the SP may look attractive.
