I expect the first news we get will be from Colin Barnett. If there is a positive outcome for OPR he will want all the glory and kudos that go with it. It will be one of the defining moment of his political life. If it is a negative outcome he will distance himself from it as quickly as possible. Cannot see him letting anyone steal his thunder and make an announcement before he does, particularly MMX. So, I don't expect to hear anything for some time.
