Perhaps the 40 million was simply a gaurantee against the PIF loan of 63 millionto to L&L that was given to the NAB

King was in the habit of gauranteeing everything against OCV

However i thought this deal was all done and dusted Arctic capital had agreed to pay 30 millon cash up front plus 10 million over two years and shares at 7.5cents to the value of abour 8 million

Looks like some heavy handed threats from the NAB in the circumstances they will get definately their money if they wait for the paperwork to go through
