    Yes that clears thing up nicely the amounts are very similir so their was some confusion

    This actually confirmed one of the points i raised with ASIC the PIF has stated in the PDS that all commercial loans should hace an LVR of 66%

    Now i would have thoght that would be just about inpossible on a second mortgauge after the NAB gets first bite of the cherry in the event of a firesale of the assets
