I must say I pretended to be interested in a property on rent.com.au and the emails received are very professional and encouraging.

Constant follow up in a professional manner offering rent bond, asking me to check if I'm a good tenant. Nearly daily.

I think this really has legs, the listings are again increasing.

Post re-list this may be a very attractive option.
