Don't worry the word from INL is once this agreement is formalized the market will know from every possible channel available the MRP won’t go unnoticed I assure you that, full bells and whistles treatment.
What all INL share holders and the market in general wants is something (finer details) concrete on the MRP, and that IMO is about to happen reading the last announcement 48 hours ago, so it's up to every individual on how they interpret the current state of play.
Which ever way you look at it the INL share price will start to reflect the progress / status of the MRP.
