Clearly INL have used the end of Oct date as nothing more then a safe guard, if you want me to go out on a limb here I'd say the agreement will be signed within 2 weeks max.

I would like to see the share price move up to 5c then INL to hit the market with the big news, then watch the fire works. Maybe that capper knows how certain this deal is and INL are not one's to make announcements if they are not certain so what a brilliant time to get cheap stock under your belt especially if you are one of the multiple financiers wanting to take an equity position in INL.

From yesterday’s announcement it’s clear that there is something massive brewing which will re-rate this company. At least things are looking good from here on.
