    IRM offered to takeover UOG and managed to obtain a interest of 79%. But due to it being conditional, the offer lapse and IRM reverted back to 18% stake.

    Now IRM offer a "secured" loan of $75,000 with interest of 10.32% due April 2013 with security over UOG's assets.

    This is a very strong win for IRM for a back-door control over UOG.
