I suspect one person/company is trying to buy into SBI bigtime.

There are still 1,000,000 shares on the buy side of the table at prices from 20.5 to 22.5 cents. Every time someone places a slightly higher bid, they get covered by a new buy order of generally 150,000 shares 0.5 cents higher.

I could be wrong of course ;)
