As far as I can tell, you won't be able to charge your car that fast at home. Unless you have a very big, industrial sized power supply.
To charge a battery that fast, you still have to pump a lot of current in to it.
However, that really isn't the point. The idea is more for commercial or super charging purposes.
It just means that if you are travelling or you have a commercial vehicle e.g. taxi, delivery truck etc, it should be as quick as liquid fuel.
As to street charging, they are already converting street lights in Britain to chargers.
